we stayed here just one night, and it was so good! The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet, and as sisters we enjoyed being able to pull the double bed apart into 2 singles. The only slight issue we had was the TV had no apps or Chromecast, only a few channels. We speak only English, so we couldn't watch any of the channels, and we couldn't cast any shows or YouTube onto the TV. Location was great, but walking through Chinatown at night for dinner options felt a little sketchy. The service was amazing, and they had luggage storage prior to check-in also!

This charming and peaceful hotel is just a 15-minute walk from The Hague Centraal, with a tram stop conveniently located right across the street. The reception staff were welcoming and attentive. The comfortable room was spotless and cozy. However the walls are thin, I would happily choose to stay here again.

The staff and the location was great. Really easy to get transport links etc and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However the room was bad. We were told that the room was one of the new ones ground floor) but it had what I can assume is coffee stains on the wall, one of the bedside lights was not working, the huge round coat hangers were falling off the wall. Even the set up of the whole room was weird & the bathroom was so small for the size of the room. One of the outlets was not working and the heating/cooling system was broken. The room faces the bins and is overlooked by apartments when you walk out and has no windows apart from a small skylight & the walls were quite thin so we could hear the room next to us. It’s like they started building it & then didn’t have money to properly finish it so just did the bare minimum. I however will say they cleaned the room daily (did not change the covers though) which was welcomed. It’s a fine hotel but certainly not all the rooms are what is presented on the website
