I am writing a review because I am pissed off! Hotel "Kruzenshtern" or "rooms on the former sea" They do not have managers. Therefore, no one solves the problem. And now in detail.. We arrived at night, it turned out that the "hotel" is on the first floor of a residential building 1) immediately felt a very unpleasant smell of mustiness or mold, it seems it is from the carpet in the room, it was dirty, stained 2) the toilet did not flush well 3) a clump of hair in the shower 4) the water in the shower does not flush, you have to stand in a puddle 5) the shower head does not work 6) there are no flat surfaces in the bathroom at all, everything must be placed on the floor 7) the bed is not double, but two pushed together and therefore the bed linen is also single on them. The sheet is not the right size! 8) the sofa, which is positioned as an extra bed, is dirty and torn, I would not have the heart to put a child on it! 9) very dirty windows and no mosquito nets. We couldn't resolve the issue with the room at night because their working day had ended. The next day we were offered to look at another room. The hair dryer didn't work in it (a new one will be in 4 days) and it wasn't much better than the first one according to the points above. But we agreed to move and left on business. Returning in the evening it turned out that the electricity was out in half of the hotel! We spent three hours remotely communicating with the managers, in the end they told us that the electricity wouldn't come back on today, maybe the next day when the electrician came to work. We moved out after spending one night out of the 5 paid, the hotel refuses to refund the money for the remaining 4 nights. The payment was 27,000 rubles in advance. We don't recommend this hotel, because your problems with staying in this hotel are your problems!!!
