Hello, I would like to share some feedback regarding our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with several aspects of our experience. Firstly, we found that the price did not match the quality of the services provided. While the view was undeniably beautiful, the overall experience did not meet our expectations given the cost. The room was extremely small, and the bedding situation was inadequate. We requested an extra duvet because it was cold at night, but we were informed that none were available. The existing duvet was too small, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Additionally, the breakfast was underwhelming—served cold and lacking in flavor. The staff was not particularly accommodating, which made our stay less pleasant than we had hoped. Overall, we expected a much higher standard, both in terms of comfort and service. The highlight of my stay was the spa—absolutely heavenly! The food was equally impressive; each meal was a culinary delight, with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients that tantalized my taste buds. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making every dining experience a pleasure. We booked this hotel because the restaurant was clearly promoted on Booking. We just booked lastminute 15 minutes in front to avoid checking in hassle. Upon arrival, we were informed that dining was not possible—something that had not been communicated in advance. We explained the situation that we had a long trip and prefer to look a bit further. Therefor we requested a cancellation (so just within 1 hour after booking), yet the full night was still charged. There was no willingness to cooperate or connect us with someone responsible. While we were told this person was “unavailable,” we received a formal rejection of our request within ten minutes. Customer service is clearly not a priority here. We don’t book an expensive hotel only to end up searching for food elsewhere or having to order takeaway. Very disappointing and customer-unfriendly!
