An absolutely fabulous hotel on the edge of the lovely town of Panicale, easy parking, great breakfast , the restaurant is a very nice short stroll away and is excellent. The garden terrace has the most spectacular uninterrupted views down to lake Trasemino. The staff are very nice and friendly and are a valuable source of information regarding the area. I would strongly recommend the hotel.

A gem of Umbrian hospitality! Liked · The staff. They are extremely accommodating and friendly, especially Tamara. The owner goes out of her way to make sure your trip goes smoothly. Lorenzo was a great tour guide. I highly recommend reaching out to them before your stay to make sure you have everything you need to make your trip a success. The breakfast was simple, but everything you need to start the day. It was all very fresh and very tasty. The cappuccinos were beautiful. The restaurant, which is off site and only 5 minutes away, is fantastic. The food and service is unbelievable. The chandelier in our room adds a pop to the room. Disliked · For safety of the elderly and convenience, the shower could use a shelf to put things like your soap on it. This way you do not have to put it on the floor and risk slipping or falling. The pillows are too soft. We were not there to watch TV, but it would be nice to have English or French news channels in the morning or before bed.

translation: --- *"This hotel treated us in a very unfair manner. We had a special medical situation—my husband was hospitalized and we were forced to cancel our entire vacation. I informed the hotel of the cancellation 4 days in advance, yet they charged us 50% of the total booking for 4 nights. It was very disappointing. I wrote to them and explained the situation, but they ignored my request
