We visited the hotel to eat in. The food served was delicious. We ordered the " vyprážaný syr so hranolkami" - deep fried cheese with French fries and the Massimo pancakes and their own lemonade. It was pretty delicious so that's definitely a place worth recommending!!
The interioir is fantastic. Staff is very helpful. I didn't have Slovakian phone and they offered to send sms for the parking. The lady also ironed my shirt which was really gentile. Recommended!
I can't believe this is a four-star hotel. There is no parking lot (you have to park 300 meters away at a hospital parking lot), no conference room, no gym, no elevator, and no 24-hour front desk service. All the guest rooms are located on the second floor, with no elevator and narrow stairs. The toilet is broken; you have to press it multiple times, or else the water keeps running. Breakfast is not a buffet; you have to choose a set meal in advance. Since the hotel is located on a sloped main street, the rooms are very noisy, with buses and trucks frequently passing by at full throttle.
