We were greeted by the lovely and kind Mrs. Laura, who immediately put us at ease and provided us with important tips for parking and the history of the stunning village where a couple of dear friends were getting married! The property, well-maintained, clean, and tastefully furnished, is located next to the Duomo, making it extremely convenient for us to prepare for and attend Mass, as well as enjoy a wonderful culinary stroll through the charming alleys of the village. The complimentary toiletries we found in our room were among the most extensive and thoughtfully designed we've ever found. Mrs. Laura also prepared a delicious breakfast, featuring excellent coffee, fresh seasonal fruit, and a variety of pastries and croissants. In short, she pampered us throughout our stay. Having someone like her at your disposal makes a positive difference, because beyond the beauty of sleeping in a historic place overlooking the main square with a truly incredible view, Mrs. Laura's kindness remains unforgettable! Highly recommended, we hope to return soon! 🤩
Positive experience. Clean and comfortable room, excellent location, free parking near the hotel, generous breakfast served, and a bus to the Royal Palace of Caserta, easily reached by car in about 30 minutes. The only downside, but we're in a historic building and it's understandable, is the lack of air conditioning and a bidet. The room overlooking the square offers an exceptional view of the cathedral, though it's a shame about the constant street noise until late at night. Overall, a hotel I definitely recommend.
Stopped in after being dropped off by cab. Asked to use restroom. Husband and wife who are owners were not happy to oblige even though we bought wine and had water to drink. We decided to explore and on way back asked if she could call us a cab as our cell batteries died. She was very rude and kept insisting that cabs don’t go there. We explained they do as we were dropped off earlier in day. Finally a wonderful resident with his wife and baby heard what was going on and called a cab for us. The mother in me was so worried for someone (woman) needing help and not helping. We thanked the wonderful resident and other locals outside who came to our aid. Our cab picked us up and we made it safely to our destination.
