Staying at Posada Terra Santa was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and care. The staff went above and beyond, attending to every single detail and anticipating our needs before we even voiced them. Their attentiveness and kindness made us feel not like guests, but like truly valued visitors. Room service was incredibly fast—every request was handled with speed and professionalism, no matter how small. It's rare to experience such efficiency paired with genuine hospitality. Though it’s a boutique hotel located right in the center of Palma, the facilities are impressive and luxurious. The spa and sauna, available for private use and free of charge, were a rare and wonderful touch. It felt like having a hidden wellness sanctuary all to ourselves—relaxing, exclusive, and deeply rejuvenating. The rooftop terrace with the pool offers a breathtaking view of the city. Whether enjoying a refreshing dip or sipping one of their fantastic cocktails, the atmosphere was magical—peaceful during the day and absolutely stunning at sunset. A perfect escape above the city’s rooftops. The interior design is simply beautiful. The hotel combines historical architecture with elegant modern touches, respecting the character of the old building while offering all the comfort and style of a luxury stay. In every aspect, from hospitality to design to the small surprises along the way, Posada Terra Santa exceeded our expectations. A place where you feel seen, cared for, and inspired. We’ll absolutely return—and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and soul-soothing experience in Palma.

Beautiful, recently renovated hotel in the heart of old town Palma. The plunge pool on the roof was nice to come back to after a hot day walking around. The breakfast omelettes were also nice in the morning. Overall the service was excellent and the concierge service downstairs was very helpful. Highly recommend.

We had an outstanding experience at this hotel — truly the best one of our entire trip. One staff member in particular (a kind gentleman whose name, unfortunately, we didn’t get) went above and beyond to help us. As the hotel is located in the old town, driving there was a bit tricky for us. We initially parked on the roadside and walked in. Even though the hotel’s parking was already full, this staff member immediately assisted us by guiding us to a nearby parking lot, helping us purchase the ticket, and even carrying our luggage all the way back to the hotel. He then thoughtfully introduced us to local dining spots and attractions nearby, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Later, he even reported our license plate number to the office and explained our situation, just to ensure we wouldn’t get a parking fine. His level of care was genuinely heartwarming. The hotel itself is just as impressive as its staff — spotless, comfortable, and full of character. This was by far our favorite stay of the journey.
