A one man band struggling to be waiter and reception whilst the owners were served first and ate in the corner of the restaurant. Not ideal or fair on the poor chap who tried really hard to please. Check out was a fiasco having to wait in the street for access to reception who then charged us for 3 people in the room instead of 2. A double with a spare bed. Instead of a helpful attitude we were treated with aggression. A language barrier perhaps. Shame as the town and surrounding countryside were lovely.
The worst hotel I've stayed in. In the whole hotel work just 2 persons. Receptionist and cleaning lady... ”fun fact” the receptionist is there only until 9 pm, so if you have a problem or something after 9 pm You are on your own. There is no restaurant. The Wifi doesn't work well. I really don't recommend this hotel! The price's really high and they should lose every star they've got!
There is no lift. WiFi only works when close to reception. Reception is not always open, in fact you never know when there is someone. Tiny toaster, have to wait. It is said it has 4 stars but it deserves none.
