Not bad hotel when it comes to facilities & rooms. When it comes to staff, they are very friendly - especially the lady and the guy at the breakfast buffet
Avoid this hotel if possible. I really don't know how they got and keep their 4 star rating. Rooms are old, small, walls dirty, and bathrooms are claustrophobic small. It's impossible to take a decent shower in such a small cabin. The walls are so thin that you clearly hear what the neighbours are speaking. The only decent thing is the breakfast, plus the guy at the reception who was very nice and polite. We booked the hotel as a reward via a gift card website, so we didn't feel we were robbed, but this should be the feeling if you are paying with your own money.
I PREPAID AND THEY HAVEN'T ENABLED THE ROOM - till today NO REFUND. I WARN YOU: do not book it - it is a scandal that such a place even exists in XXI century in Bologne. We booked a room for a family, were keeping in touch and letting know that we arrive in minutes when they... cut off the contact, stopped answering back, didn't pick up any of the calls neither via carrier nor via WhatsApp - without passing the access to the apartment. As a result, we were left without a room, with elder people, in the very late evening on our first day in Italy. Top 3 worst experiences in a worldwide hotel industry. Avoid at all costs.
