Very adorable little boutique hotel. The stairs are quite steep going to the rooms, but there is a hand rail. We stayed in the roof top room. It was very clean, had a beautiful soaking bath tub. And a separate shower. Our kettle in the room was broken, they had a new one to us very quickly! The breakfast is a must! We were treated very well here. We will be back!
We chose the hotel cause it seemed to be very dog friendly. This was indeed true and we felt very well the entire time. The food at the restaurant under the hotel is awesome, you can have breakfast down there as well and ours was delicious. We can definetly recommend this hotel, cause it's so lovely set up, cosy and right in the city centre of Haarlem. On the other hand we'll have to admit, that we would mainly recommend this hotel to dog owners of smaller breeds or people without dogs in general. Sometimes things felt a bit to small for our two standard poodles, but we still felt welcomed and didn't had issues in general, it's more of a hint for others. The rooms are stylish and the beds are really comfy. Thanks for great hospitality to the team.
We recently spent 3 nights at Hôtel Frenchie and found it to be accomodating and spacious. The hotel has only 5 rooms, ours was the top floor. It was very spacious and quiet. The location is great, walkable to the train station and the Grote Market. We ate at the restaurant which was delicious! The only negative are the tiny narrow stairs leading to the rooms make it challenging with luggage but the staff did offer to carry. I would stay at Hôtel Frenchie again! Thanks!
