The staff is super nice and helpful, they speak 3 different languages, so the communication should be no problem for guests. The whole vibe is very good and warm, the hotel is a perfect choice who want to spend some days in Budapest - the location is awesome, the breakfast is very varied and way enough to start the day! Definitely recommended!
I recently stayed at this hotel and was mostly disappointed by one short-haired female staff member whose service attitude was extremely poor and unprofessional. She was unfriendly and unhelpful whenever I needed assistance. However, I must say that the front desk staff were generally friendly and accommodating, which was a relief. The bathroom didn’t provide any shower gel, and the air conditioning system was very noisy, making sleep difficult. Overall, while the front desk was great, the experience was marred by this particular staff member’s attitude and the poor amenities.
