Good service. We’ve visited only the restaurant. The food was good

Absolutely love it! This was the third time I visit this hotel in a few years. Every time it's extremely clean in the rooms. The spa is also clean and the breakfast is good and enough. One time we had dinner at the restaurant. And we was pleasantly surprised with the service and the food. The food was unique and super delicious.

A very pretentious place. Gold-painted walls, fake ancient-like columns in the restaurant, plush everywhere. The rooms are ok, but the view outside is not good - industrial setting. The food in the restaurant is quite expensive and the price doesn't match the quality. The free breakfast is very basic. The pool is small when the hotel is full - there were some group visits when we stayed and the pool was packed. Also, the whole hotel became quite noisy. The service is fine and the staff is polite. The room rates are very high for what you get there. Parking in front of the hotel is free. It's 6s walking distance to the pedestrian street, but there isn't much to see there, except for some wonderful works of architecture by a famous Bulgarian builder. Unfortunately, these are very often closed without any signs or notifications.
