Every time I come to Kyiv, I only stay at Boutique hotel French Quarter. This is truly an ideal place to stay: conveniently located, near the metro, many cool cafes, a shopping center - everything is at hand. The residential complex itself is very beautiful and well-groomed, with a pleasant atmosphere. I would like to separately note the safety: the area is quiet, during the war practically nothing flew here, which is very important. And there is also an underground parking lot, which serves as a shelter during an air raid - this is a big plus. The rooms are always clean, cozy, with everything you need. But special thanks to the girl at the reception. We have stayed here many times, and she is always very pleasant, friendly, helps with everything you need.

In general, the hotel is not bad and looks nice, but there are many nuances. - there are practically no parking spaces - the hotel does not have a sign or any signs, it is difficult to find - the door of the room has absolutely no soundproofing, everything can be heard as if people are talking right in your room. The lock on the door did not work. There was also another closed door in our room, probably to the next room... - there is no area for jackets or a hook at the entrance, a shelf for shoes. Just an ordinary closet for things - warm water was only enough for one shower, but it heated up quite quickly Among the advantages, I can add: - location near the subway - clean rooms, Instagram corridors with mirrors - a large shopping center and many restaurants are nearby

I didn't want to write a bad review, but it's terrible... We stayed at the hotel from 8.0825 to 11.08.25. After the first day, we returned to the room, and the towels were not replaced, there was no water, there was no shower gel or shampoo either. We contacted the administrator and received the following answer: towels are replaced once every three days, water only when you check in. Soap, shampoo and shower gel in miniature, one piece each, also once every three days. Do you really think this is normal? Moreover, the hotel rules on the website say that towels are replaced every day. There is no mention of water or anything else in the rules. And I'm drawing attention to the soundproofing of the rooms and the already rather shabby appearance... Therefore, if you are going to this hotel for a few days, stock up on everything) Thank you for your stay, but we will not stay at this hotel again.
