We extended our stay twice. Really friendly staff and fenomonous rooms.
I agree with Suzanne and Harry below: ridiculously arrogant on the phone. Couldn't come, the lady said we would get a voucher. We never received it. Empathy and sympathy close to abysmal nothingness.
