Boutique lux design apartment @Bansko Royal Towers

Really close to the main gondola as well as the main street so good choice of restaurants, bars and shops on the doorstep. I think the apartments are privately owned so will vary but ours was nice clean and modern with plenty of size for family of four. Will be booking there again.

Cons : Impossible to get a wifi signal for more than 5 minutes. Breakfast : croissants were cold from the day before and the variety was really small.There were only 2 toasters for 2 slices of bread to heat so if someone was already heating his bread you would w8 for 2-5 minutes for sure.Also there was one waiter who was asked to bring some more bawls for our corn flakes and he said " eat in those plates" showing us the flat plates . Pros : Very close to the lifts. Massage facilities are pretty nice and Value for money. Room was clean ,warm and we had new towels ,sheets etc whenever we asked. Reception was really helpfull and the whole service in breakfast and dining (except from that one waiter).There was also another waiter a bit shorter than other who was really polite and helped with the pictures was asking the tables if everything was alright etc.

Fine apartments, pretty much a generous bedsit with bed, sofa bed, small kitchen, and private toilet/bathroom. But at least it does have a very short compact bath. I wouldn't invest in one, but for a weeks rental with the ability to get up in the morning and hit the ski lifts early, it's well placed for that and the centre. Other than that we didn't see any of the advertised cleaners that supposedly turn up every three days, even after a week, which should have had two visits. But were relatively clean anyway so it wasn't a major issue for us. Starting to age, and built to the usual slightly shaky Bulgarian standards. Currently a lovely view of some unfinished flats and some waste ground, with the road leading south. But it does have a beautiful view of the other mountain range to the south.
