Boutique SPA Hotel Orchidea

The interior is gorgeous. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Overall I enjoyed my stay. So now here are some things to be aware of :) The hotel is not so close to the beach. There is a free shuttle bus every hour from 10 to 16 to the beach which is great, however I would like it to be at least till 21. Also the gym was small and with broken and old machines.

The surprise of the hotel are the amazing physiotherapists (tried 2 of 3). Rooms are clean, interior is poorly though. Restaurant offers monotonous variety of food - same breakfast possibilities 6 days in a row. I found mould on a bread, which speaks about the general quality of the food. Staff at reception desk is inexperienced and unqualified. We needed a document printed out and sent by fax - couldn't get any of both services. Location is very quiet but difficult to access on foot. Both indoor and outdoor pools are clean. In general the hotel is nice but there is many things that have to be improved.

Overall it was good. 》Food - every day different meals - plenty of choice - desserts and fruits - tasted good 》Room - stains on sheets and towels - the table wasn't cleaned (sticky from previous guests) - bathroom was huge with shower booth and bathtub, also clean .. although we found one cockroach.. which the janitor didn't clean/take - big balcony with a nice view - big bed, spacious room 》Staff - very kind, friendly and positive - willing to help - some of them knew 3-4 languages 》Hotel - the bar on top of the hotel is cheap and the drinks were great, the view was amazing - the lobby was clean, spacious and exactly as shown in the photos - cool elevator with panoramic view - love the style of the hotel - pool wasn't as clean as we expected 》Location - 25 min away from the centre (walking) and 5 min with car - 5-10 min away from the nearest beach
