Boutique Suites Palermo

Fantastic room. We had room 30 that came with a pool. the room itself was very clean and spacious/comfertable. The place itself is well located to everything that one would want to do in the city. Staff was incredibly friendly and even learned us by name. The amenities were well maintained and a fantastic treat after a long day walking around the city. I will be recommending this place to anyone that I hear is interested in visiting Buenos Aires.

Only good location I can say. Not providing anything at all in a room is ridiculous. No water, no coffee, nothing. By reaching the hotel at 11:30 pm we had to look for any close by store to find a bottle of water. Horrible. A breakfast is not good at all, 4 or 5 options of bread toast either with a jam or cheese/ham, plus coffee. This is not a breakfast, honestly. It’s not worth it for that amount of money. So wouldn’t recommend. Plus asking for full credit card details to save in their system as a deposit and when we check out, they will delete information, is that okay? I never seen that. How can they prove they deleted information of my credit card?! I truly do not recommend this hotel.

Very dated, run-down hotel. Rooms are old, walls are thin and NOT sound-proof, it’s always loud. Cleaning fees are charged separately and not included in your stay. The telephone in my room was broken, I notified the staff on the day I checked in, but no one did anything about it. My bathroom had a strong smell of sewage too. Towels are old too. The only upside is the location - the hotel is right in the middle of Palermo.
