Very good location in the city, walking distance to the Market. Situated next to the river that flows through the city. Friendly and attentive service, comfortable beds and bedding.

Myself and my wife stayed here for 3 nights in Jan. and 6 nights in Feb. 2023, because it was recommended in "Lonely Planet's" 2023 South American Edition Travel Guide and l would highly recommend. The staff are very friendly, the continental breakfast is excellent served in the Excellent patio area (with swimming pool) is Great !!. The rooms are very good, all with air-conditioning and on-ensuite, all for a great price, we paid Australian $71/ night or USA$47/ night excellent value. I highly recommend.

Quaint hotel in a great location close to the Barrio Bellavista. Supermarket across the road which is really handy. Nice little terrace to chill on out the back. Room was ok for the price and breakfast was ok but there were numerous things that let it down. Our toilet didnt flush and you had to lift the top off to get it to work. The safe didnt work. The air con was really weak. The woman on breakfast duties was very stern and packed away the food before breakfast was over and without asking if we had finished which we hadn't. One final point. Being a tourist we shouldn't have to pay the 19% IVA Tax as long as we provide our PDI entry slip. The guy that checked us in insisted we had to pay it. After going backwards and forwards I paid it as had just arrived in the country and wanted to chill. Luckily we managed to get a refund from the manager on check out once we brought it to her attention.
