I recently stayed at this amazing hotel and had a fantastic experience. The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and came with a stunning view that made every moment special. The two sisters who hosted us were absolutely wonderful-the best hosts I've ever encountered, making us feel so welcome and cared for. The hotel also has a gorgeous sauna and pool, both of which were exceptionally clean and comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better stay-highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch experience!
We can only say positive things about our stay in Das Edelweiss. The staff is really nice, breakfast is super, rooms are spacious and the wellness area is great.
I’m really sorry for giving just three stars, BUT we were looking for some wellness weekend and so some things were just not that perfect: - dinner is scheduled for 6 pm (and 6 pm only): super early! As we only arrived shortly after six we were allowed to come at 6.30, but then the 5 courses came so rapidly one after the other - the dinner was ok/good but not excellent. - breakfast is only until 9.30, a bit early for a wellness hotel in our opinion. When we were sitting somewhat longer, at some point we were asked to move to the other room as they needed to run the vacuum cleaner in just that second. - the dining hall is the only room that is not renovated and it’s not that cozy to hang out there - sauna is turned on only after 2.30 pm. At 3 pm we asked when it’s gonna happen. Also, there could be more than just one tiny water for everybody (e.g. some more water or an apple)
