The hotel is absolutely beautiful. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are very comfortable. The service was outstanding, and the breakfast was amazing. We stayed here for a bike and barge trip, and the location was perfect—close to the water and within easy walking distance to downtown. It made exploring the incredible city of Brugge a breeze.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful, providing great tips about sightseeing and where to eat. The breakfast was delicious. Rooms were very clean and modern, only downside is if you get some noisy neighbours. The soundproofing to the outside was perfect. Location was perfect, close to the train station and old part of the city. Would definitely recommend.
We stayed at this beautiful hotel at the end of May 2025 for 4 nights. Everything was perfect. Situated in a quite section of Brugge surrounded by tall trees and a short stroll to all Brugge has to offer. The breakfast, lunch, nibbles in the outside bar and dinner was top class, could not fault the quality all. wonderful food. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I have to give a special mention to Nils, he made our time at the hotel super special. We will definitely be going back in the near future. Truly special David and Rachel
