Bowers Mill Aparthotel

We stayed here the night before my wedding and Dee was very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. They’d even let us check out at 1pm! Would stay again

I recently stayed at the hotel for a friend’s wedding. 6 of us stayed in one of the apartments - it was a really excellent suite, everything that you need for a weekend, and it was also genuinely lovely - really tastefully decorated. Beds were comfy and I slept well. It’s probably the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. I know that all the members in my party had a great time, and would 100% recommend. (I’m not sure if the wedding venue is a separate entity, but that was quality too, without a doubt one of the best weddings I’ve been to!) Further to this, I left my headphones in the apartment, and they immediately contacted the head of my party, emailed me about my current address, and sent them (for free) by recorded delivery. I didn’t expect them to even send them back, much less to cover the cost of the postage. The staff member I dealt with was Imogen, and I am very grateful to her and the rest of the team.

Stayed at the hotel on 7/8/23. Beautiful room , lovely staff , especially Dee. Unfortunately we didn't appreciate being woke up at 6am to join in with an aerobic class with a microphone shouting 1-2-3-4 over and over and the beat of thumping music . Would think twice about booking it again. Was there for a wedding, so it was well after midnight before we went to bed
