A Perfect Stay at The Bowshot Lady in Fowey We recently spent a week at The Bowshot Lady in Fowey, and it was absolutely brilliant. The property was immaculately clean and incredibly spacious, offering all the comforts of home, and with parking too. It’s very well equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing stay, from the modern kitchen and utility room to the thoughtful little touches throughout the house such as the welcome pack and a folder containing loads of info about the area. The location is unbeatable—Fowey is such a charming town. The local shops, cafes, bakeries, and restaurants are all within easy reach, offering a lovely mix of local flavors and unique finds. Being so close to Fowey Harbour was a real treat. We enjoyed leisurely walks through the harbour area, and there are plenty of options for boat trips, boat hire, and water sports. We enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking, as well as swimming. The nearby sandy beach is fantastic, perfect for a relaxing day by the sea, and the local walks are simply breathtaking with stunning coastal views. We also made time to visit attractions such as the Eden Project, which was a great day out and only a short drive away. Overall, The Bowshot Lady is a true gem—both the property and its location offer everything for a perfect holiday. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
