Bozzali

Bozzali is located right by the Venetian walls and a very short walk to the harbor. There are a ton of restaurants and shops to explore. Vasilis, at the front desk, was amazingly helpful and made our stay so much better. Rula, also at the front desk, was so friendly and outgoing. Anna, our room attendant, was thorough, efficient and friendly. Everyone was wonderful. The room itself was very cute, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet so very easy to sleep. We would stay there again.

What is the meaning of the hotel name? Where do you use the name? What is its origin? I am very curious about this. Can you please give me some information?

Appart from the great location, we were extremely disappointed by our stay at Bozzali Deluxe (standard double room). Do not trust the 4 star rating of this hotel nor the website pictures that are misleading. The room was very small, with very little natural light, and a tiny bathroom with no space for two people to be in there at the same time. Small balcony attached, without a view. Extremely poor customer service with the owner hanging up on us when we were looking for an alternative to a malfunctioning shower evacuation. Would not recommend this hotel.
