We had received a guest and booked for him a room in Ewa Express. The service was perfect and the room was very neat and comfortable. Even the breakfast was well served and the variety meet international standards.
I stayed there 2 weeks back. Stay was good and comfortable. As the stay was official I requested invoice to submit to my company for reimbursement. Unfortunately the document which they gave me was not mentioned as invoice anywhere in the document. Moreover there is no QR code. So I contacted the hotel to provide me a proper invoice with QR code, but they said they don’t have. I am surprised how a famous hotel chain can give an irresponsible reply. I hope the management look into this matter to provide me a proper invoice.
