We stayed here for a day during our visit to The Golden Temple. The rooms are very comfortable and they provided extra mattress for our kid at an extra charge. The staff here is so prompt and quick to respond. Couldn’t taste the food this time hopefully next time. The rooms though are very small and window less so that's a choice question.
The maintenance of the hotel is pathetic. The hotel smells bad while you enter the reception and room freshers were never used. The rodents freely move from one room to another. Though they claim that it is a 4 star hotel, basic items like shampoo, hair dyer, floor towels were missing. A complete waste of money.
Very poor service. This hotel has high prices with very poor services. We had rat in our room so they changed our room and in that room as well there was a rat after which they did not change our room. We ordered tea and it was real bad and price was sky high. Will not recommend this hotel at all.
