I recently had the opportunity to visit Savar BCDM (BRAC Centre for Development Management), and I must say it was a truly pleasant experience from start to finish. Service: The staff were exceptionally well-mannered, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. From the front desk to housekeeping and dining staff, everyone ensured our comfort and convenience. Their hospitality made the stay feel warm and welcoming. Environment: The environment at BCDM Savar is peaceful, clean, and well-maintained. Surrounded by greenery, the campus offers a serene atmosphere that’s perfect for learning, relaxation, or even a short getaway from the city. The buildings are well-designed, with plenty of open spaces and seating areas for informal discussions or just enjoying the view. Food: The food was another highlight. Nutritious, tasty, and served fresh every day. The dining hall maintained high levels of cleanliness, and there was a good variety of items available, including traditional Bangladeshi meals that were both flavorful and balanced. Whether you're attending a training, workshop, or just visiting for a few days, BCDM Savar is a fantastic choice. It combines comfort, natural beauty, and excellent service in one place. Highly recommended!

The venue is suitable for corporate events, but there’s room for improvement. The food quality could be better, and the location is quite far from Dhaka city. Surprisingly, despite the large area, there’s no designated prayer room for Muslims.

Even though it's a 4 start hotel, the hotel doesn't have the facilities to meet the standard. I don't recommend to any person to visit this hotel personally. This is not a best place to spend your holiday. Dirty and smelly. Less variety of food for the buffet. No swimming pool. The gym has couple of equipments and table tennis which is again unclean. No other leisure activities. Most of the meetings and workshops conducted in this hotel funded by UN and other organizations. This is suitable for such activities. Airport drop off cost unusual charges which is almost triple than normal cost. But they have a place for cricket and football.
