Generous rooms with functional living, dining and kitchen space, tight bedroom area but youre just sleeping there.. Relatively quiet location, didn't get much street noise during the night. Beds were pretty comfortable. Just some odd design aspects (light switch location). Tastefully and minimally decorated. Mostly didn't hear other guests either. Decent small self-catering kitchen. Pretty close to centre of the city.
I stayed at Brady Apartment Hotel from June 6 to 10, 2025. The room was clean and very spacious, which I really appreciated. There’s a laundry room available, which is free to use, but the floor was extremely wet and slippery. The dryer also took a very long time to dry clothes, which was a bit frustrating. I was originally supposed to check in on June 5 but had to change my flight and arrived early on June 6 around 5 a.m. When I approached the front desk, the receptionist (an Indian lady) didn’t ask for my booking details or even check the system. She just told me to wait until check-in time. Only after I explained that I was supposed to check in the day before did she finally check and said, “Oh, here you go, I’ll allow you to check in early.” That response really confused me because technically I wasn’t even checking in early I had already paid for the night before. Overall, the hotel itself was good, but the staff could definitely improve in terms of professionalism and attitude.
I stayed in Room 401 at Brady Apartment Hotel Hardware Lane from May 29 to May 31, 2025, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. The room was not properly cleaned on arrival; there were drink rings on the kitchen bench and dining table, and the carpets were noticeably worn and in need of either replacement or a deep steam clean. While the bathroom itself was clean, the laundry cupboard behind the bathroom door emitted a terrible smell when opened, which was quite off-putting. The entrance to the apartments lacked warmth and didn’t give a welcoming impression, even at the rate of $179 per night. The property overall feels tired and in need of an overhaul. The only saving graces were the excellent location and the service staff, who were very helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. With some much-needed attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this hotel could offer a far better guest experience.
