The staff are amazing - all of them smiling and welcoming, especially bell boys are very welcoming. Rooms are comfy. Food is delicious. There were wedding parties so some music in the evening, I called reception and a lady sent me someone with a key and moved my stuff to another room without music thank you so much.
It was an amazing dinner experience we had at Braira Al Nakheel hotel. All staffs are approachable and accommodating. Rhey let us chose our comfortable place. To Ms. Milan who served our soup, Ms. shane who served our drinks, to Ms. aubrey who anticipated our needs and to Mr. Nazer who served free fries. Thank youuuuuuu so muchhhhh! Sure we will come back and recommend this to our friends. 🙂🙂🙂
The foods in the restaurant was good. The ambience of the restaurant was cozy. The service was fast and they are accommodating with our needs. Especially to Nicholas who did a great job. And to other waiters also, Milan, Shaine and Nazer. Thank you very much.
