Mark, the assistant restaurant manager, is outstanding—truly professional, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. He went above and beyond to make our experience smooth and enjoyable, and helped make our anniversary a truly special one. He’s definitely a great asset to the team!

I stayed at this hotel on a business trip. My stay here was very excellent. I had a great experience in this hotel for 5 days, the rooms and toilet are comfortable and Clean, spacious, cozy rooms, very good cleaning they have big windows and a nice view to the garden♥️♥️♥️ the staff is excellent. I really liked this hotel, I recommend it to everyone, and I will gladly stay here next time.🥰🥰

I recently stayed at the Braira al olaya in Riyadh, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to housekeeping team they are truly exemplified hospitality. They are not only nice but also went out of her way to make our stay fabulous. The hotel cleaning are absolute amazing everywhere everything clean and taide. Room and toilet very clean and hygine. Lobby was very clean nice decoration. Toilet very clean and Hygiene. The service we received made a significant difference in our overall experience. While the views from the hotel might not be the best, the warmth and kindness of the staff more than made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Riyadh!
