Really enjoyed staying in this hotel, they have considered every little detail, bed and pillows super comfy and soft, interior is really calm and the style is beautiful, blow dryer, slippers, robes, the usual hotel things, they took it extra step and labeled the lighting sockets, wireless chargers both sides, there’s also a real beautiful plant inside the room. They got a beautiful library and lounging area downstairs, with drinks and fruits. The only thing I’d add to make the experience 100% is if there were blinds, there are curtains. But I like to sleep in pitch black. I had to change booking so I emailed and they responded fast and were helpful and smooth proceeding the refund. Lovely lovely hotel thanks Brama team
The best hotel i have ever seen in UK. I had some previous stays in the area and in other parts during business related trips, but this is by far top quality. All digitalized. A bit tricky in the beginning if you don’t know what’s coming but once you have the key you will realize the concept. Interaction with staff was minimal ( which is a good thing), amenities are excelent, room is equipped close to a 5* hotel. Spotless and super comfy. Well done! Will come again!
if you are traveling with animals, then their "pets friendly" is only for dogs, the hotel manager hates cats, so you will be evicted immediately, despite the fact that you have paid for 7 nights and the refund will be your responsibility since they will not participate in this in any way, their task is simply to evict you and cause you inconvenience added after reply from Brama Firstly, you did not give two days, you are not as merciful as you want to seem, after checking in at 1 am, you wrote immediately on the same day that we should pack up and leave the room immediately, but you yourself wrote a letter after 4:00 pm, and the check-out time from the hotel is before 11:00 am. Secondly, the process was not smooth, we spent 2 days trying to get through to booking help and 5 days waiting for a refund, if the booking had not been protected by OTA, you would not have even returned the money, and as the booking operator told us, you had no right to evict us, since the "pets friendly" policy means the same attitude towards both cats and dogs, and YOU are biased and HATEFUL towards those who are the owners of cats, deliberately creating inconveniences. After that I reviewed my review and I understand that 1 star is too much for such a mediocre establishment with people who hate cats. I HOPE PEOPLE WILL BE MORE ATTENTIVE, AND ESPECIALLY ANIMAL OWNERS AND CAT OWNERS AND WILL NOT CHOOSE A PLACE WHERE THEY LIE ABOUT "PETS FRIENDLY".
