Brasbell Jeddah Tower, had me captivated by its charming and wonderfulness of every aspects. Start from the check in, it was so seamless and smooth as the staff will help you out as soon as you arrived. You will get everything you see from the pictures. All clean, cozy and hospitality was great. I love the fact that they had smart tv which I can watch Youtube and so on, other appliances such as cooking tools, washing machine and a huge refrigerator, perfect for long stay. It was also located in the perfect area which you can get everything around from grocery stores to cozy cafes. I have to be back here again whenever I am in Cairo.

For $25 per person, a beautiful and hidden (there are literally no signs for it anywhere and it’s on the third floor of an office building) spot on Zamalek island near great food and cool young people!

Although I dint have a good experience, I would still recommend you to stay here due to its location and comfortability. The property is beautiful and so are the rooms. I loved my room 201A in Zamalek, it was exactly how it looked like in pictures, I loved that they had smart tv and other appliances which makes it perfect for a long stay. I absolutely loved the vibe of the room, the windows, the interior design and architecture. This however is not your typical serviced apartment as it lacks basics of service. The problems I had which I also discussed with the guest relations on my checkout: 1. The shower area was not clean although the over all bathroom was neat and clean. I wanted to run water on my feet and as soon as I stepped in it and ran water, I felt a soapy sensation and this was weird as I hadn't applied soap. 2. The black marble separating the shower area and the toilet had residue on it which I could scrape with my nails. They don't seem to deep clean often. 3. The bed sheet and the blanket cover, although neat and clean, smelled amazing but had lint on it. 4. The night before my checkout I spoke to a staff at the reception (which is on the villa next to villa where my room was) that I wanted a late checkout and we agreed that it would be 1pm. Hence I paced my self to checkout at 1pm. at 12pm one of the staff knocked on my door and wanted me to checkout and I explained to him about what I had discussed last night. He told me that he did not receive any such instruction. Fast forward I asked him to give me 30 mins to leave, but he wanted me to leave in 15 which was impossible. I closed the door and he started knocking at my door at 12:15 which made really upset and I told him to comeback at 12:30 as I told him he kept on insisting that he cant give me more time and I told him there is no way I can unpack now and leave and to his disappointment I closed the door and continued packing. He came back at 12:30 knocking and it took me a minute or 2 more to leave and I was really upset when I left, telling them I would leave a nice review on google (which I am). He then quickly called the guest relations and handed me the phone and I explained to GR what happend to which all the GR could do is apologize. I told her about my agreement with their receptionist but seems like the receptionist did not communicate it to anyone or at least he should have communicated with me that "Hey, sorry but we can't do a late checkout because of so and so issue." Communication is KEY! Now here is the review that I did not communicate to Guest Relations but I hope they read this: 1. At checkin I dint know where to go, there were no signs where the reception is I had to jog up and down and suddenly a staff member appeared who took my passport's picture and handed me the key. 2. Sound Insulation is very poor, if you are a light sleeper you'll wakeup easily to morning hustle and bustle. 3. The place is not service oriented, the staff don't do rounds to clean/tidy your room while your away. Nor is there a way to communicate with them. I'd suggest them sending a whatsapp to the guest on booking confirmation or checkin at least so the guest can communicate with "SOMEONE" and doesn't need to rely on an incompetent receptionists. I dont have to leave my room and look for someone at the reception which is in the next villa when I can call them or communicate while im in my room. This is hospitality 101. 4. The toilet didn't have a place to hang towels or clothes, also the shower area is divided in a very weird way, such that the water was pouring out from the floor and bouncing off me towards the other side. 5. No USB-C or A ports in the room. 6. No email or whats app after the stay, asking me for feedback if any. This google review could have been avoided. 7. The shower had a bit of malfunction, wanted to switch from the tap to main shower head, the small bit that needs to be pulled up was stuck. Only after switching the water off I was able to pull it up and use the shower head.
