I stayed here from December 15, 2024, to December 27, 2024, as a tour leader, leading three groups (over 100 tourists). Everything about this hotel was perfect. The cleanliness was impeccable. The staff was always friendly and eager to help. The food was consistently excellent, down to the smallest detail. The Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinners were exceptional. The reception and restaurant teams truly deserve a salary raise. Thank you very much!
The staff was very welcoming and we enjoyed our stay a lot. Breakfast was delicious and the room for storing skis was very convenient. A big thank you for the staff for responding to our needs with the room and everything else.
Staff was really friendly and helpful. Rooms was better than mostly hotels. Breakfast was versatile and good. Only eggs wasn't 8min. Location is center of levi. Everything is close and you can walk. Free parking was 500m away but under hotel is parking garage. Multiple restaurants around. But biggest benefit is good and friendly staff.
