Very basic for over $200 per night. Would have been very satisfied if this were 150 a night. Rooms are more like single hostel rooms. Aircon, good shower looks dirty even though it was clean, with Lyno floors and very old fittings. Friendly staff. Free coffee at front. Comfortable bed. Basic but Acceptable. Probably won’t be staying again Unless there was a discount.

The service was pretty bad. Room cleaning was not done daily, you had to ask for it. The carpet on the corridors was dirty. The room is very basic. It is noisy, you can hear people in the other rooms. They do not have someone at the front desk after 9:00 pm. You do not know about this until you check in. I think that saying the hotel is 4 star is deceiving.

Good location, firm bed, but overall had terrible room on the groundfloor. The corridors and room had a manky wet smell to it that would not go away. Noise and smells from the street also seeped into the room as the window was not sealed. Even worse there was a huge gap between the lower and upper parts of the glass, some of it left open and the rest stuffed with a sponge (see photos). We tried asking the receptionist for a room change, but was told this wasn't possible because they were fully booked, however we called our travel agent and had them reach out. Turns out they did in fact have space and was willing to "upgrade" us after they got a call from them. However, we decided to leave immediately despite being charged for the night's stay. This is by no means a 4-star hotel. And even for the price range you could probably do far better.
