Brezza Marina Luxury Rooms

Breeze Marina was a perfect choice for me and my family! Located in the heart of Caligari, our room was facing the port, with sea view. The rooms are perfect: simple and outstanding clean, cleaner more that many 5 stars hotels I stayed is. The rooms are featuring all the facilities you might need for a comfortable stay: full minibar, AC, black-out window shades so you can enjoy a deep sleep, and are very quiet. The owners are directly involved and they make sure that every guest is satisfied. Warm and carrying! Breakfast is served in a typical local coffee shop with great cappuccino. Location is close to everything. Walk in distance to lot of restaurants, port, bus station. Perfect stay, I totally recommend it! Thank you for a memorable stay!

Great room, newly renovated, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. Perfectly located on the edge of the city center. Friendly hosts that inform you about all the places to visit without having to ask for it. Don't expect a hotel, they rent rooms. There's no staff available on site in case of inquiries. Over the phone, they respond quickly to any questions. The off-site traditional Italian breakfast is very nice and includes coffee, fresh juice and a choice of two sweet croissants/ beignets. My only concern is fire safety. There are no smoke/ fire detectors, firehoses, extinguishers, or even an alarm switch. I strongly encourage the owners to change this. Great stay overall.

It's a room but luxury??? Several inconveniences: No view, no inroom coffee, no USBs, no parking, no breakfast, hard to find, inadequate English, little tourist support. Feels over-priced, under-amenitied. Reasonably close to nice pedestrian area. Quiet.
