We stayed at 240 Freshwater Drive, Banksia Beach for a week and loved every minute of it. The house is beautiful and I felt relaxed the moment I walked through the door. A highlight of the property is the pool area which, even if it's too cold to swim, you get to enjoy, with its water features from the expansive windows in the living areas. The way the house is oriented and looking out into the bush it feels very private. I tend to still cook most meals while we are away and I was pleasantly surprised at how well equipped the kitchen was. That's not normally the case with rentals. Everything was in perfect working order, and the garage is massive! Plenty of space to park two cars and good clearance for a large 4WD. Of an evening we'd go for a walk and were delighted to see so many kangaroos on our street, just grazing, it was very special and definitely made the stay even more special. Lovely property and plenty of space for everyone. There is a room that can be used as a study which was well utilised during our stay, nice to keep the laptops out of the kitchen/dining area. If you're looking for an elegant and relaxing home to stay in to unwind, this is the property. We'll definitely be back!
Very spacious and comfortable. Great location next to the beach which we loved. Fantastic sunrise. It would appear that the lounge suite was the original as it was in desperate need of replacing or a very very deep clean. The ceiling fan also looked as if it was the original, as it was rusty and flacking and if it were used I would fear you would have bits flying off. It really could do with a little bit of TLC by the owner.
we stayed at 15 Hutchinson st Woorim - it was very dated and quite cluttered - needs a new coat of paint (inside) hasnt been painted in many years making it quite dark inside - needed a heater as it was very cold a reverse cycle Aircon would of been great - no clothes dryer making it hard to dry clothes in the cold weather - a new smart TV would also have been handy to enable us to logon to apps- Having said this service from Holiday Hub was great and the house did serve its purpose for us but it does need attention
