Spectacular hotel and great location. Perfect if you're looking for a boutique. Feels luxurious and comfortable at the same time. Staff is extraordinarily attentive but not pushy. The breakfast is well prepared and it felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend.

We stayed in room 102 from May 7th - May 11th and our room was infested with bed bugs upon arrival. Absolutely disgusting, I had bites all over myself and didn’t sleep either night from the bugs. We let the front desk know and then we come back to our room at 7pm to find the room being fumigated and all of our luggage was gone. They did put us up at their sister property in Roma Norte, a small bed and breakfast. However, they touched and moved our luggage without asking us and didn’t even tell us it had been moved, just let us arrive home to an empty room. They did not offer ANY refund or discount. In fact, when we went to the desk they pretended they couldn’t speak English or that their “manager didn’t work on Fridays or the weekend”. I’d never stay here again… disgusting to stay in a hotel with bed bugs.

Beds and pillows are tiny and extremely uncomfortable. The AC is loud to the point of being unusable. The shutter blinds were broken, so you can’t even block out the light—completely unacceptable for a hotel room. I checked out after the first night due to these issues. The manager confirmed in person that I would be refunded. It’s now been three weeks, and I’m still waiting. Not only have I received nothing, but the manager has stopped replying to emails and is now blaming “wrong banking details” that they entered themselves. This is deliberate stalling, completely unprofessional, and frankly disgraceful for a hotel at this price point. Beware—this place is clearly being mismanaged
