Location: Quiet, comfortable, but if you are looking for a taxi that is always crowded, I recommend taking the ferry or the metro Services: Everything is close to you, restaurants, cafes, activities, and the sea is close to you. The receptionist’s name is Furqan. He was very helpful. I thank him for his hospitality.

This was on of the worse hotel experiences of my life. They claim to leave you in the rooms that look like the photo above but, conveniently, those rooms are all taken and instead you are asked to stay in a very cold room (windows open daily and no conditioning or heating) with a dirty bathroom. Then, when you ask for a refund because the room is not suitable for a snowy Istanbul night, you are told it will happen later this week only to find out that the hotel manager and his staff lied and cheated. Do not stay at this hotel or trust the staff. I came from the US to Istanbul and selected this hotel based of location but it was a huge mistake. Find somewhere else to stay and do not be deceived by the low prices.
