Absoloute hidden gem. Fantastic setting by the river. Attentive and friendly service. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Breakfast of a very high standard with top quality ingredients cooked fresh. Very competitive pricing. Will be returning!
Great breakfast, lovely front of house staff, and outside cafe area in a great location by the river. The only downside is the noise from the road traffic.. it didn’t help that we stayed on the hottest day of the year and had to open all the windows. Really comfy beds and great showers. The town is lacking quality restaurants and pubs. I would recommend Valentino’s restaurant.
Friendly and welcoming team. Lovely cafe/bar on the banks of Little Ouse with plenty of chairs and tables. Our room was at the front so lots of road noise as we needed the window open because it was hot. I see from other reviews that if you are a light sleeper they will move you to another room if possible. Good breakfast with plenty of hot and cold options. The room was clean and everything worked but some things feel like they need some tlc or a refresh.
