The spa was great, on the smaller side but a great experience none the less. The staff here are exceptionally kind and accommodating. Thank you to Bobby for being such a welcoming receptionist, Summer and Kelly for exceptional food service and our masseuses who were all very kind and lovely. Honestly the staff alone made the experience 10 times better!

Came for a 2 night stay, booked a package with treatments & dinner allowance. Overall a nice experience. Food was good, nice selection at breakfast, bar menu is good, dinner was nice but would have liked a few more options. Treatments were lovely. All staff very helpful & polite. Special mention to a female spa receptionist who dealt with some 'unruly' teens in the swimming pool, quickly & efficiently dealt with them. The two 'negative' points are that on the first night we werent offered water at dinner, the bar also had no bottled/canned water & could only offer tap water. Secondly, the treatment rooms could do with some updating/decorating to be made to feel more serene & 'classy', the same as the hotel rooms could do with some updating & redecorating.

You will have to pay £5 for parking and then you must pay a £50 deposit before you can go to your room. Nothing unusual here but a lot of places dont do that anymore. Breakfast is £15 per person but if you use Booking.com to book your stay it won't tell you if that is per person or the the total booking. It is per person, I can confirm. The room we stayed in was out dated and the plugs were in the most bizarre places. The bed was comfy and the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner they provided was good. We chose not to eat here after seeing the low Google rating of 1.9 for their restaurant. I ordered a pint of Camden pale ale and was literally shocked at the price they charged me - £9.08 how is this justified? Would love to get a reply to this? Not even in a branded glass. Not sure how this place qualifies as a 4 star hotel. The spa aspect was disappointing with no jacuzzi and if you wanted treatments you were sectioned off with dividers in the main entrance to the spa where the desk was so it wouldn't be quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful but learnt my lesson of booking a cheap spa stay.
