Brighton Grand Hotel Pattaya

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times with my group. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is quite good. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good 5-star stay in Pattaya. Although it’s a little far from the beach, the location is actually peaceful and quiet, which I liked. You can easily reach the beach or Walking Street by tuk-tuk for just 10–20 Baht, and Terminal 21 mall is also within walking distance. Overall, everything was great. The only suggestion I’d make is to check the condition of the rooms — during my last visit, some rooms had minor repairs pending. Apart from that, everything was well-maintained and enjoyable.

Had a great short stay here. The bed was so comfortable, I had the best sleep I've had in weeks! Nice and clean facility with a great gym too. Friendly, helpful staff. Great selection for the buffet breakfast too. Would definitely stay here again.

I am absolutely furious with the way this hotel treats its guests. During my stay, the pillow had only a tiny stain, something that would clearly come off in the first wash. And yet, the hotel had the audacity to charge me 500 baht for it! This is completely unreasonable and unacceptable. I’ve stayed in many hotels and have never experienced such a petty and greedy policy. It feels like they are just looking for ways to charge extra money from guests. Because of this horrible experience, I will never recommend this hotel to anyone—especially not for any company trips or business stays. If they treat professional guests like this, imagine how they treat others. Absolutely disappointed. 👎
