We had the pleasure of spending time at this unique, asthetic, nature friendly cottage style hotel. The ambience, service, good food, over 100s of peacocks roaming freely, the best private pool with each mud house, candle light dinner with live local music and activities like canoeing, bird watching, pottery, nature walk was a great way to connect to mother Nature and rejuvenate our lives before heading back to the busy city lives. The staff were friendly, they have one of the best top 10 hotel pools in the country. We were briefed about the history of the property. Felt so royal. This has to be the best hotel experience in our travel history.
We didn’t have a very good experience at this so called luxury property For our anniversary initially there was plan for setup in the lakearea which was not done neither the night nor the next day…food taste is average Staff was not bothered either Definitely not worthy for the price…
Disappointing Stay: Beautiful Location, Terrible Service The location of Brin Lakshaman Sagar Hotel is truly stunning. However, the beauty of the surroundings is completely overshadowed by the incredibly poor service and rude staff. From the moment we arrived, we encountered a series of issues. The service was extremely slow, with long waits for even basic requests. The quality of the food and beverages was substandard, and the rooms were not adequately maintained. Despite requesting to fix, we were told that’s how they operate. To add insult to injury, we found a hair in our plate. When we politely requested a replacement, the staff were dismissive and insisted that the plate was clean. This lack of basic courtesy and acknowledgment of our concerns was truly appalling. And on top of that they weren’t even apologetic, the GM was right there and still didn’t even apologise even once. Unfortunately, our experience at Brin Lakshaman Sagar was deeply disappointing. The rude and unhelpful staff completely ruined what could have been a memorable stay. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel, despite its beautiful location.
