Brilliant Hotel & Spa

Thank you for a wonderful stay! The room was beautiful and very comfortable, and the food was truly delicious. A special shoutout to the bartender at the pool — that smiling guy is like a solar panel in human form. He remembered our drinks, our moods, and probably even our secrets. We’re leaving relaxed, happy, and full of bright memories — and that’s what really matters!

Compared to other similar hotels in Qerret, I wouldn’t recommend this one. With the all inclusive offer, HB or similar, about 90% of the meals were Turkish dishes, with very little seafood. Even the olives tasted industrial and weren’t local& not mentioning the soft drinks which were mostly low quality drinks. Had to pay for a big bottle of sparkling water which we didn’t drink but it fell when we opened the minibar since the bottle was not placed properly inside. The only real advantage is that the hotel has more pools than most others in the area.

This is the first time I’ve ever encountered a hotel charging €10 for losing a key card. Also, be aware that at the end of your stay, they may add extra charges for the minibar — even if you didn’t use it. Despite being a large hotel, there aren’t enough dining spots, and the queues are huge. It feels like a constant battle just to get a table for meals. As for the food… I won’t comment in detail, but it certainly doesn’t impress in a positive way.
