Brique Hotel Chiang Mai

Absolutely LOVED my stay at Brique Hotel Chiang Mai! From the moment I walked in, the experience was just fantastic. Check-in was a breeze – so quick and easy, which is exactly what you need after traveling. The staff here are simply wonderful – so warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their excellent service really made a difference and created such a welcoming atmosphere. My room was a delightful surprise! The cozy layout felt really inviting, and the tasteful modern accents gave it such a fresh and stylish feel. And the cleanliness? Absolutely spotless! It was such a comfort to come back to a sparkling clean room each day. And the bed... oh, the bed! Seriously sleep-on-a-cloud quality. I had some of the best nights' sleep I've had in ages. Waking up to the great view from my room was the perfect way to start each day too. Overall, Brique Hotel is a real gem. Fantastic staff, sparkling clean, easy check-in, lovely rooms with great views, and incredibly comfortable beds. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

Suite room with 2 bedroom, Room 2509 was spacious and clean. We love the living room area with sofa, a tea table and a study table. The toilet is big. Location wise, it is not near the old city, and doesnt have many food options nearby. Not giving five star because 1) only one electrical point in single room 2) parking lot is tight 3) exhaust pipe from kitchen goes to the carpark 4) aircon filter is not clean even though there is an indication on the wall controller.

This place does not care if you’re sick in hospital and can’t attend the booking I paid for. They won’t give a refund at all so make sure you think twice about booking here. Spent $400 AUD with this place and even though I am still in Saint Louis Hospital in BKK. They just don’t care… be aware!! Absolutely terrible service!
