Brisa Oceano Resort

Perfect location in the heart of placentia’s tour spots . From the marina being a 3 minute walk to restaurant, food with all within 5 minutes Location perfect. We got the studio. Located on the first floor of max 2 floors. Room was spacious with kitchen. Couch tv , king bed with tv. WiFi. Bathroom was a terrible design but it was okay. Noise was contingent on your neighbors as you can hear the folks above.. Amenities included a gym, free parking, kayaking, private beach access. Very friendly staff. Very safe. Never felt unsafe. Would recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Beautiful rooms, very well appointed, we had an ocean front condo and studio, well worth the added cost. Lovely bathroom, power points everywhere, hairdryer and iron /ironing board plus a well stocked kitchen and fridge freezer in the condo Fantastic location close to many great bars, restaurants, little gift shops. And right on the beach. The only downsides - Some of the rooms are not that private, open balconies facing each other/next to each other. Ocean front are a bit better for that. Also there is no pool, we didn't mind that as reviews mentioned access to a sister hotel with a great pool with swim up bar, and free shuttle. But when we arrived we were told that they were no longer affiliated 😔. There are a couple of other options where you can get a day pass for $10blz. (Bohemian and Placencia Beach Club).

Nice hotel, located right on the beach. We stayed in a beach-view room with a lovely balcony offering a direct view of the ocean. The overall experience was pleasant, but the room cleaning service was lacking. When they were supposed to clean the room, they only brought fresh towels and didn’t clean or even wipe the floors, which was disappointing. The beach itself is nice but could use a bit of cleaning to remove some plastic. Aside from that, everything else was great.
