Brisas del lago Glamping

Very nice place. The dome they assigned us (Eucalyptus) was neat, clean and had a very nice decoration. Unfortunately, it was next to the kitchen and in the middle of the complex, so at some times of the day it was noisy and privacy was lost. The service was very good, the staff, very friendly and attentive. They should review the issue of provisions. It is known that, being an island, sometimes the supply does not depend on them. Some items on the menu were not available. There weren't too many options for breakfast: the first day the breakfast was complete. The next day, the options were few and pre-made. The menu prices, on the other hand, are expensive. The food is good, but the portions and type of dish do not justify the price. It is also the only option for lunch. The property is really beautiful, the staff is willing and interested in making the stay pleasant. Adjusting the above would lead to a better experience.

We came to this space in Tigre to enjoy a friend's birthday with a spa day, but unfortunately, the experience was a complete flop. From the start, nothing lived up to the promise. The water for the supposed wine therapy was cold and wasn't even ready when we started the massages, which meant several people weren't able to enjoy the experience. It supposedly included a glass of wine, but when we went to order it, we were told there was none left. The food was no exception: the pizzas were cold, and the delays in service completely disrupted the schedule. After keeping us waiting, they rushed us to lunch so we could do the pottery activity. Carolina's service left much to be desired: not only was it poor, but she also treated us in a rather unfriendly way. One of the staff members even spoke in a low voice and insulted the guests, which we found completely unacceptable. The only redeeming feature of the entire day was Alejandro, the masseuse, who truly went out of his way to make sure we could enjoy at least part of the day (same goes to Joan, super helpful and attentive). I truly regret having trusted this place. I sincerely hope that those responsible for the space urgently review the quality of service and, above all, the staff they hire. The experience was totally disappointing and far from what is advertised. I hope no one else has to go through the same thing. If you're considering coming, read this before you decide. Don't be fooled by a proposal that doesn't even meet the minimum standards.

A DISASTER. We booked a package, but they didn't offer it to us. The room was cold and dirty. They didn't even sweep the room. There was pizza from the previous guests in the minibar. The place feels abandoned. The ARTISAN breakfast consisted of watery, cold coffee, a half-moon per person, two pieces of hard toast, a cup of unsweetened cereal, and the freshly squeezed juice was a weak juice (TANG juice). We were three couples, and they can't possibly not provide a good experience for just three couples. We had to pay for the boat separately, since it's the only way to get there, and the fact that they arrived late was a problem. The jacuzzi water had been out since last week (according to the receptionist). The entire dome moves, even shaking when the dogs pass by. And speaking of dogs, the only security guard is them. The only thing they offer to eat is pizza, and they charge you for that too. The towels were dirty, the Wi-Fi didn't work, and they still owe us a transfer because they didn't have any change, even though they only accepted cash. The river was full of water hyacinths; a couple went kayaking and had to be pulled out. What they charge isn't worth anything compared to what they offer later. Invest in the space before marketing.
