We were so impressed with the Marriott. The service was excellent - every staff member was interested in us, chatty, always checking to see if there was anything we needed, but not in an obtrusive manner. They had upgraded us to a river view room which was lovely. Champagne on arrival. But the loveliest thing was to come back from dinner to find a bottle of champagne and cheese platter to help celebrate our anniversary - we had stayed at the Marriott 15 years previously for our wedding night. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. A really lovely evening and we will definitely go back. Thank you!

The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, though I did notice the carpets could use an update, as they felt a bit dated compared to the rest of the refreshed aesthetic. That said, everything was clean, and the staff were attentive, ensuring a smooth stay. One highlight was the cocktail menu at the hotel bar. The drinks were expertly crafted, offering a great way to unwind after a day out. Overall, the Brisbane Marriott combines a prime location, classic charm, and modern updates, making it a solid choice for travelers, though some minor updates like the carpets would elevate the experience further. **Rating: 4/5**
The hotel is at great location, the staff and service is also good. Room has great views. Only thing I didn’t like their shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, it didn’t seem good. Room should also have vanity kit, dental kit etc which was missing. But over all good stay.
