Dear Hotel Bristol Team, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. Your professionalism, warm hospitality, and dedication to excellent service truly made a difference. A special thank you goes to Mr. Karim, who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. His kindness, attention to detail, and helpful attitude were deeply appreciated and did not go unnoticed. He truly made us feel welcome and taken care of. We were also very impressed by the exceptional cleanliness of the hotel, the high quality of service, and the convenient location, which made everything more accessible and enjoyable. Thank you once again for your outstanding service. We look forward to staying at Hotel Bristol again in the future and will gladly recommend it to our friends and family. Warm regards, Mohamed Nabil
Considering its location, staff, and cleanliness, the hotel definitely deserves more stars. Apart from a few minor details, we were very satisfied. However, there were a few small things we didn’t like: When we went down for breakfast, the staff were shouting at each other from 4–5 meters away with phrases like “refill the pastries,” “bring the cheese platter,” etc., in a way that did not match the hotel’s standards — it felt more like being in a kebab shop. Unfortunately, this happened every day. Another issue that bothered us was when our guests came to visit us and we hosted them in the lobby. The reception staff were loudly watching TikTok and Mac videos on their phones. It was so disturbing that we couldn’t even have a conversation, so we ended up going to a café outside. Sadly, the hotel’s lobby became unusable for us the next day as well, for the same reason. Staff should definitely be trained regarding these matters.
You can easily offer better value for [budget] money option you indeed provide, in this by now noisy-poshy- pricy pera. One woudn,t have to wait 2 days to have the fridge fixed, and being AMar leadt alerted of the unbearable noise from all night long clubs at the non renovated part of the hotel, could .make sense. Nice people in the lobby +always somebody speaking OK eng around or at worst in priximity, but why not just couple of averagw simits and typical again very average and very cheap turkish tea bags, in the otherwise immense in quantity breakfast menu? You can make it if u try, believe me
