Bristol Hotel Opatija

Centrally located hotel. Across from a nice park and close restaurants and shops and swimming area. Our corner room was nice but others in our party had issues w AC. Breakfast adequate. Staff very pleasant.

We had a family vacation consisted of 4 people, and one small dog. The hotel situated in walking 5 min distance to the beach. In front is an exceptional park with rare flora! We had a room with 2 balconies, facing the park and the seaside! The rooms are clean, and spacious. We had an issue with conditioner, it was not working and we got lucky with the weather, it was +21-25, but if it would be hotter, it would be very uncomfortable not only for us, but also for our small dog. The personnel was very kind and always tried to resolve our issues, big thanks to them, the cleaning ladies was always smiley and gave us treats for our puppy. Literally, one full star for incredible cookies for dogs! Our dog has a chicken allergy, but this cookies are made from sardines, buckwheat and gluten free! That’s incredible! In the lobby bar, a brunch menu for dogs are also available. Price& quality is very good! I recommend to stay over!

They dont want guests. Was looking to book a room for 2 people on booking and since I am a local, took the advantage to contact them and see the options for breakfast only/dinner included. The lady that picked up the phone said she will connect me with reservations. The canceled the call. I called back, they picked up and dropped the call. I cant tell anything about the rooms, but what the hell was that??
