Definitely overpriced hotel for what you get. No coffee/tea making facilities in room. The room was cold and when asked about it, was told there is no more heating in May. The park is run down same as the hotel. The big guy in the reception was very rude. Pool was OK, but water not really very clean. The breakfast was pretty good. Enjoyed the sour herrings. To our surprise the heating got turned on.

terrible hotel, why? because it smells like medicine and is like a nursing home. It is impossible to order dinner, why? because you have to order the food you want in advance! absurd no?! this is my first day of stay, we will see. and also here they do not give a toothbrush and toothpaste (you have to buy it yourself) let's change the rules all over the world, everyone must have a toothpaste and toothbrush with them, we will not give them out in the hotel. Soon towels and bed linen too probably. we need to start with Bristol's hotels, Karlovy Vary. We will wait for your comments. Thank you

Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend Our stay at The Bristol Palace Hotel in Karlovy Vary was far from what we expected. Upon arrival, there was no concierge to assist with luggage, and security did not allow us to park briefly in front of the entrance for unloading. The reception staff spoke very little English, making communication extremely difficult—surprising for an international hotel. The rooms were outdated and not very clean, and overall, the hotel’s customer service standards were quite low. The breakfast selection was very limited, repetitive, and not particularly tasty, to the point that we brought our own food. Accessing the pool required a five-minute walk through an underground tunnel connecting the buildings, which was inconvenient. Additionally, we had booked Fango treatments, but when our appointment time arrived, we were simply informed via letter that the treatment was canceled due to a lack of supplies, with no rescheduling or alternative offered. On a positive note, the massage therapists were friendly and spoke English, providing the only welcoming experience during our stay. Overall, if you expect good customer service, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere, I cannot recommend this hotel.
