Bristol Panama a Registry Collection Hotel

It was a great experience staying at the Bristol for our wedding anniversary. We had some slight issues with the type of room we were staying in and Josue and the manager helped us with no problems. His attention to details and customer service were excellent. He really made our wedding anniversary stay pleasant and we felt we could depend on him. Leonardo and the concierge at the door were also excellent, making us feel welcome every time we came back on the property. Highly recommend and we will definitely be staying there again. My family is Panamanian and I have recommended the Bristol to them as the place to stay when they come back home.

I absolutely loved my stay in this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, staff out of this world, clean, beautiful, lovely. Everything I hoped for and more. Great value for the money spent. I felt like a queen.

There was no hot water in the evenings and it happen two nights in a row that at one the third night I didn’t bother showering till the morning. The shower was also clogged that the water rises on the floor. For the price of the hotel that shouldn’t be happening. Beware of the mini snack bar it’s ridiculously expensive and they were even trying to charge for a cookie we didn’t eat. Other than that it’s comfortable and the staff in the front are nice.
